GE Capital Global Banking business, part of GE Capital, the global finance unit of General Electric, offers smart, flexible financial solutions to customers in 26 countries worldwide. In the Czech Republic, GE Capital Global Banking operates through GE Money Bank, GE Money Auto and GE Money Multiservis. GE Money Bank ranks among the largest and most stable financial institutions in the country. Since 2016, the bank has been sold on the stock exchange to a new owner with a change of business name to Moneta Money Bank.
Thanks to its continuously increasing number of clients (almost 960,000), and the extent of its branch network (221) and ATM network (more than 600), it is placed fourth on the Czech banking market. Its strategy was focused on providing easily accessible, simple and beneficial products and services to retail and SME clients.
GE money bank Czech Republic was facing competitive pressure on the local ATM market driven mainly by new Value Added Services (VAS). To meet these requirements, the bank opened a RFI process with the main leaders in ATM industry to create the complex VAS platform. Infinity Consulting participated on the creation of documentation and the evaluation process. The main outcome was a list of recommendations regarding potential candidates and solution design.
